What you'll do:
Finding the best campus talent is a year round process, and you will be responsible for ensuring we continue to attract top talent by building new (and strengthening current) university relationships. You will interact regularly with external partners in university career centres, societies and professors as well as with internal stakeholders in the UK and Europe within Recruitment, Trading, Technology and Business Operations. Our Campus Recruitment team supports our hiring needs across London and Amsterdam and, as a University Relations Manager, you will have a wide variety of responsibilities towards this including to:
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with UK target universities and external organisations;
- Plan and execute all on-campus, virtual and onsite activities;
- Utilise our new London office to host onsite events;
- Develop a marketing strategy for each campus season (including, but not limited to, job board postings, targeted emails/mailshots, event follow up strategy, KIT strategy);
- Work with the recruiters to host offer sell days/KIT days for graduates before joining;
- Partner with Communications throughout the year on our external brand offering, events marketing and post event follow up;
- Plan and/or attend larger events and spot sponsorship opportunities to increase our strategic partnerships with university partners;
- Conduct regular travel across the UK, Netherlands and other locations, as needed, to achieve our goals.
Who you are:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree;
- 5+ years of relevant prior experience within campus recruitment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Outstanding service minded focus, with a professional and positive mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills;
- Strong relationship and project management experience;
- Flexibility with regards to working hours, since events and travelling can take place during evenings and weekends;
- Motivated by a high-paced and dynamic working environment, and demonstrated ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks with challenging deadlines.
