Optiver Insight Days: Women in Tech & Trading is an exclusive program that’s designed to introduce sophomore women to the fascinating world of market making. This program is specific to women with a planned graduation date of 2025.

What you'll do:

Who you are:

You’re an inquisitive, critical thinker who thrives off of innovating new solutions. When you’re told that something “just is,” you immediately dissect it to understand the “why.” You’re a strong believer in the power of collaborative problem solving, and you're excited to test yourself in one of the most competitive areas of the financial market.

Eligible applicants for this program are: 

• Women with a planned graduation date in 2025
• Students working toward a bachelor's degree in a STEM field
