WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll work alongside 14 Recruiters across our Trading, Tech and Business Operations Departments. Embedded in the Recruitment Team, you will provide general or business-unit-specific support as well as ownership of related process improvement and project management.
Your responsibilities will vary day-to-day but the following tasks will occupy you the most:
- Full applicant life-cycle task-driven support: scheduling interviews, sending assessments, etc.
- Creation and maintenance of clear and well-documented processes
- Ensuring data accuracy
- Flagging and fixing operational issues
- Providing the best candidate experience
WHO YOU ARE:
- You have a keen interest in improving and optimizing workflows and systems
- You have an outstanding service minded focus with a professional presence and exceptional interpersonal skills
- You can handle priorities and work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- You are currently based in The Netherlands and don't require visa sponsorship
In terms of skillset, we’re looking for:
- A Bachelor’s or Master's degree (WO/HBO);
- Previous experience in administrative and/or analytical roles (Executive Assistant, Project Manager, etc.) is preferred
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Hands-on and problem-solving mentality
- Experience in Recruitment coordination or HR is a plus (work or internship)
- Tech savviness (Greenhouse, Confluence proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
