Optiver Insight Days: Women in Tech & Trading is an exclusive program that’s designed to introduce sophomore women to the fascinating world of market making. This program is specific to women with a planned graduation date of 2026. 

During the 2-day hands-on program, you will:

• Dive into the core fundamentals of trading, gain unique insights into our world-class trading systems, and start to develop the set of key skills that our traders use in their day-to-day roles. 
• Explore our tech pathways and learn how our cutting-edge techniques keep us at the forefront of financial markets globally.
• Receive mentorship and support from our renowned educators, traders and software engineers.

Eligible applicants for this program are:

• Women with a planned graduation date in 2026
• Students working toward a degree in a STEM field
