Insight Days 2024

Our 2024 Insight Days programs have been designed to help you discover how your skills can find a home at one of the world’s leading tech-driven trading firms.

These are comprehensive, multi-day events where all expenses are covered, hosted at our Amsterdam office. They offer an exclusive behind-the-scenes look into Optiver’s full range of career opportunities. You’ll also get to network with Traders, Researchers and Engineers, receive mentorship, deskshadow, and learn more about their career journeys. Alongside your peers, you’ll take part in a variety of hands-on activities, including market-making games and workshop.

Eligibility

  • Graduating in 2026.
  • Studying at a university in the UK or Ireland.
  • All degree backgrounds are considered.
  • You are able to demonstrate at the time of application that you have the requisite visa or other travel arrangements or authorisations in place in order to allow you to attend the event in person.
