Welcome to the exciting world of market making.

Insight Days is an exclusive program that’s designed to introduce female-identifying students to the fascinating world of market making.

During the 2-day experience, you’ll get a clear understanding of what we do and how we do it in an ultra-high-performance environment. Through interactive presentations, market making games and networking events, you’ll get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look into the work of Optiver’s traders, engineers and researchers.  Along with being a great addition to your CV, throughout the event we’ll be providing you with lots of advice on how to best position yourselves as a future hire. We look forward to hosting you and sharing more about what makes working at Optiver such a wonderful growth opportunity.

During the program you will:

Eligible for:

  • Female-identifying student.
  • Graduating between 2023-2025.
  • All degree backgrounds are considered.
  • Studying at an EU or UK university.
  • Must hold EU or UK citizenship.
