Insight Days is an exclusive program that’s designed to introduce sophomore women to the fascinating world of market making and trading.

During the two-day experience, you’ll get a clear understanding of what we do and how we do it in an ultra-high-performance environment. Through interactive presentations, market-making games and networking events, you’ll get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look into the work of Optiver’s traders, engineers and researchers.  Along with being a great addition to your CV, throughout the event we’ll be providing you with lots of advice on how to best position yourselves as a future hire. During the program you will:

• Learn the core fundamentals of trading, gain unique insights into our world-class trading systems, as well as develop the set of key skills which our traders use in their day-to-day.
