Insight Days: Women in Tech and Trading is two-day exploratory program designed to introduce sophomore women to the dynamic world of trading. You’ll dive into trading fundamentals, explore our tech pathways, and get a taste of our culture. Connect with like-minded women while networking with our traders, engineers, and researchers. Participating in this program can also lead to a fast-tracked interview process.

Optiver Women’s Network
The Optiver Women’s Network (OWN) is an employee-led resource group dedicated to connecting, developing, and empowering employees across the firm. Grounded in community, OWN creates spaces for members to learn from one another, share diverse perspectives, and build meaningful relationships.
Through educational events and professional development opportunities, the Women’s Network equips members with the tools and resources they need to grow their careers at Optiver.
